🔹دستگاه‌های تلویزیون دارای قابلیت دریافت امواج ماهواره، از نظر نوع و عرف تلویزیون محسوب می‌شود.
🔹برخی قابلیت‌های فنی و اضافی این دستگاه‌ها، سبب شمول عنوان «دستگاه‌های موضوع قانون ممنوعیت به کارگیری تجهیزات دریافت از ماهواره» مصوب ۱۳۷۳ بر آنها نمی‌شود.
🔹 کلیه دستگاه‌ها و تجهیزات دریافت از ماهواره که توسط مراجع ذی‌صلاح کشف یا جمع‌آوری می‌گردد، تحویل سازمان صدا و سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌گردد تا مطابق مقررات اقدام کند.
