Следственными органами Следственного комитета Российской Федерации по Краснодарскому краю по данному факту проводится процессуальная проверка, в рамках которой будет дана надлежащая правовая оценка всем обстоятельствам произошедшего.
Председатель Следственного комитета России Бастрыкин А.И. поручил руководителю следственного управления по Краснодарскому краю Маслову А.К. доложить о ходе проверки и по доводам, озвученным в эфире программы.

The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
