Спешим обрадовать: на стройплощадке #Событие3 #ВсёПоПлану. Строительство третьего квартала уже на финишной прямой. Этот дом станет настоящим центром всего «События» с собственным выходом в одноимённый парк, создавая комфортную и современную среду для будущих резидентов.

Сейчас к завершению близятся работы по монтажу внутренних инженерных систем — 98% (+ 1%).

Продолжается работа по:
— устройству вентилируемого фасада — уже 96% готовности (+ 2%);
— монтажу пирогов кровли высотной части — 85% (+ 1%);
— внутренней отделке МОП — 96% (+ 1%);
— отделке квартир — 68% (+ 2%);
— благоустройству — 95% (+ 5%).

На площадке задействовано 1064 высококвалифицированных рабочих и 4 единицы техники.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
