🤝 Фонд «Защитники Отечества» обеспечивает ветеранов СВО техническими средствами реабилитации

Фонд продолжает оказывать всестороннюю поддержку ветеранам СВО, получившим инвалидность.

🦾 В Хабаровском крае пять участников СВО получили современные спортивные протезы, была выдана 1 специализированная кресло-коляска для занятий спортом и 2 кресла-коляски с шагающими функциями. Четырем ветеранам СВО вручены автомобили с ручным управлением.

✅ Это лишь часть масштабной работы. Всего за два года более 3200 защитников по всей России получили различные технические средства реабилитации. Перечень помощи постоянно расширяется.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
