В Генштабе сообщили - Главное отличие резервистов от контрактников – это совмещение гражданами пребывания в резерве с трудовой деятельностью по основному месту работы. Резервист не является военнослужащим и обладает всеми правами гражданских лиц. Стать резервистом можно только добровольно, без мобилизации или призыва. Всем, кто заключит такой контракт, будет положено довольствие. Также резервисты будут служить только на территории своего региона.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
