Ранее писал о том, в каком ужасном аварийном состоянии находится Дом офицеров, а теперь можно показать, как он преобразился. Фасад и цвет, на мой взгляд, отлично подобраны. И стоит сказать спасибо за это губернатору Игорю Кобзеву и министру по молодежной политике Маргарите Цыгановой.
Правда, хочется увидеть и то, как всё отреставрировано внутри этого исторического здания. Надеемся, интерьер будет соответствовать экстерьеру!

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
