Основная часть задолженности сформировалась в 2025 году
По данным Росстата, просроченная задолженность по заработной плате в России на конец сентября 2025 года составила 1,95 миллиарда рублей, что на 18,6% больше, чем в августе. По сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года объем долгов вырос в четыре раза.
Согласно статистике, 75% от общей суммы задолженности образовались в 2025 году, а 20% — в 2024 году. Основной причиной задолженности является отсутствие собственных средств у организаций, на которые приходится почти вся сумма — 1,93 миллиарда рублей.
Больше всего долгов зафиксировано в строительстве (44%), добыче полезных ископаемых (17,5%) и обрабатывающих производствах (11,6%). Небольшая часть задолженности относится к предприятиям, финансируемым из федерального и региональных бюджетов.

And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
