Жилой комплекс у стадиона «Торпедо» построят в 2024 году

Глава Стройкомплекса Москвы Андрей Бочкарёв отметил, что 11 корпусов на шестиметровом стилобате возведут вблизи Симоновской набережной. Здесь, на площади более 3,2 га, проведут масштабное благоустройство. Завершить все работы планируется до конца июня.

«На территории комплекса обустроят сад с растениями, которые будут цвести с мая по сентябрь. Для этого там высадят взрослые хвойные и лиственные деревья, кустарники, разобьют цветники», – сказал Андрей Бочкарёв.
