Спросила, почему на серьезнейший конкурс дали всего 6 рабочих дней и почему в Советском районе прямо в конкурсную документацию внесли лазейку, позволяющую легально нарушать СанПиН перевозчику?
По конкурсу сказали: Всем желающим времени хватило (после конкурсов Дептранса в несколько часов по распределению маршрутов я даже и не удивилась), а по лазейкам сказали, что вот как раз в Советском районе никто не заявился, они новый объявлять будут и там исправятся честно-честно.
Вздыхаю, жду, проверю. Список домов, которых хотели с мусором оставить - прилагаю. Жители и управляшки - будьте бдительны!
