Это доверие - честь для меня! Севастополь - один из тех городов и регионов, которые мне искренне нравятся и я буду рад, если смогу приносить пользу городу и его жителям и в этой роли тоже.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
