«Я недавно был в МФЦ города Москвы, а там регистрацией занимаются Таджики и Узбеки. Если мы их допустили работать в режимных органах, которые заведуют как раз паспортным режимом, то как же мы тогда избавимся от нарушений в виде регистрации, прописки, получения гражданства, регистрировать и все прочее»
