-به عنوان مثال استان ایلام جراح قلب ندارد! -تجهیزات لازم برای جراحی های مهم هم ندارند! -بخش رادیوتراپی ندارند! -تجهیزات اتاق عمل استان فرسوده است! -آمبولانس قابل قبول ندارند! -در صورتیکه آمار بالای آسیب به خود را در استان دارند، اما بیمارستان روانپزشکی ندارند! -پزشک کافی ندارند! -شیرخشک و دارو دچار مشکل است!
