اِسْتِخاره با مُصْحَفِ کِتابَتْ‌کَرْدۀ عُثْمان طٰهٰ
اُسْتاد عَلّامه دکتر أَحْمَدِ مَهْدَویِ دامغانی (۱۳۰۵ ـ ۱۴۰۱ هـ.ش.) «می‌فَرْمود: هَرگِز با قُرآنی که با خَطِّ عُثْمان طٰهٰ اسْت اِسْتِخاره مَکُنید، زیرا که دَر آن بیمِ بَد آمَدَن بیش از اُمیدِ خوب آمَدَن اسْت.». «دَر این کِتابَت [/کِتابَتِ عُثْمان طٰهٰ]، آیاتِ دال بَر نَهْی و عَذاب و إِنْذار دَر آغازِ صَفَحات بیش از مَصاحِفِ دیگَر جِلْوه‌گَر اسْت [و چون أَغْلَب دَر اِسْتِخاره، آیۀ آغازِ صَفْحه را مِلاک قَرار می‌دِهَنْد، بِالْمَآلْ بیمِ بَد آمَدَن بیش از اُمیدِ خوب آمَدَن خواهَد بود].» (هَمان، هَمان ص، هامِش).

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
