Согласно материалам дела, в марте 2022 года в бильярдном клубе произошел конфликт между подсудимым и другим местным жителем. В результате этого конфликта мужчина выстрелил дважды вверх из пистолета, который относится к огнестрельному оружию ограниченного поражения.
Прокурор представил в суд доказательства, подтверждающие вину подсудимого по статье 213 Уголовного кодекса России, которая касается хулиганства с угрозой применения насилия и использованием оружия. Суд, рассмотрев все материалы дела, признал мужчину виновным.

Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open.
