Однако, позвольте, а как же пресловутое сплочение? Разве не его ждут в Москве? Меж тем, "соборность" XXI века в волотерстве (учитывая сугубую любовь российского народа к зверушкам - подчас, большую, чем к себе подобным), безусловно, присутствует. Но лишь тонким управленцам под силу вовремя понять ее, чтобы грамотно "оседлать". И уж затем отчитаться в Москву еще и за невиданное сплочение. Но нет, проще позатыкать рты, а то "как бы чего не вышло".
