این است که با نشر اطلاعات زیانبار سلامت افراد و جامعه را با خطر جدی روبه‌رو می‌کند.

مواردی مانند آنچه در تصویر ۱ می‌بینید چه منبعی دارد؟
آیا چنین خبری را هیچ منبع معتبری به هیچ زبانی منتشر نکرده و فقط این رمال است که آن را از غیب می‌گوید؟

او از ایجاد وحشت و نگرانی در مخاطبان برای جذب دنبال‌کننده و باورپذیر کردن افراد ساده استفاده می‌کند و علاوه بر مطالب نادرست زیانبار سبب وحشت و نگرانی مردم هم می‌شود.
