🍞پخت نان جو گندم سنگک خانگی

دو قاشق مرباجوری نمک سنگ
یک ونیم لیتر آب
خمیر ترش ۱۴ روزه

📌مدت ورز دادن
۳۵ دقیقه ورز دادم

🍘مدت استراحت
یک ساعت و۵۰ دقیقه در جای گرم

🍞نحوه پخت
۳۰ دقیقه قبل از پخت گاز رو روشن کنید تا سنگها داغ بشن،حرارت متوسط باشه ،اگه حرارت زیاد باشه خمیر از زیر زود میسوزه.

➕نکته مهم
استفاده از خمیر ترش ۱۴ روزه به عنوان خمیر مایه همان طور که در یکی از تصاویر مشخص هست خمیر مایه خمیر ترش ایشون اینقدر خوب و آماده است که از ظرف شیشه ای بیرون زده این به دلیل فعالیت باکتری های مفید این خمیر مایه هست که موجب عمل اومدن اون شدن.

این نان فوق العاده نسبت به نان های دیگه که پخت کردم بهتر و وخوشمزه تر شدن
