В командировку его отправили по личной просьбе секретаря Генсовета ЕР Андрея Турчака. В декабре 2023 года Моисеевазаочно избрали вторым лицом в региональном заксобрании, а после президентских выборов он вернулся в Челябинск и сейчас работает в этом качестве.
На выставке представлена трофейная военная техника, произведенная в США, Украине, Великобритании, Германии, Турции и других странах. Среди них танк Abrams, боевые машины пехоты Marder, Bradley, вездеход Pinzgauer. Часть выставки посвящена разведывательным и ударным БПЛА, а также стрелковому вооружению.
