Военнослужащий из Бурятии Тимур Соктоев удостоен высшей государственной награды — звания Героя Российской Федерации. Церемония вручения золотой звезды прошла в день рождения военнослужащего, награду из рук главы военного ведомства страны Андрея Белоусова, сообщили в полпредстве Бурятии в Москве.
За плечами младшего лейтенанта Соктоева — восьмимесячная командировка в Сирию, а с февраля 2022 года, то есть с первого дня принимает участие в специальной военной операции.
Широкую известность получил эпизод, когда 11 марта Тимур Соктоев и боец Рустам Мусаяков водрузили флаги России и Воздушно-десантных войск над освобожденным населенным пунктом.

Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
