در این رویداد علمی، دانشجویان،اساتید ، پژوهشگران و علاقمندان به حوزه‌های علوم اعصاب می‌توانند علاوه‌بر حضور در پنل‌های تخصصی، در مسابقه ارائه مقالات علمی نیز شرکت نمایند. در پایان هر پنل به نفر اول برگزیده شده توسط هیئت داوران جایزه نقدی اهدا خواهد شد
این کنگره فرصتی ارزشمند برای تبادل علمی، کشف استعدادهای نو، و ارتقای سطح دانش تخصصی در حوزه علوم اعصاب است. بدین‌وسیله از تمامی اساتید دانشجویان و پژوهشگران علاقه‌مند دعوت می‌گردد با شرکت و حضور فعال در این رویداد، بر غنای علمی آن بیفزایند.

Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
