Сегодня ручей бежит уже третий день после последнего прорыва и, по словам сахалинки, улицу Комсомольскую от потопа спасает только ливневка у "Зодчего". Вода в том месте немного скапливается, но все-таки хоть куда-то уходит: https://sakh.cc/5cZk
