🔹شورای رقابت با اعلام اینکه مصوبه سال ۱۴۰۰ شورای عالی هماهنگی اقتصادی مبنی بر قیمت‌گذاری خودرو توسط وزارت صمت منقضی شده است، مدعی ورود مجدد به قیمت‌گذاری خودرو شد.
🔹بر همین اساس دستورالعمل تشکیل «کارگروه تخصصی خودرو» با هدف بازنگری دستورالعمل تنظیم قیمت خودرو و پایش و ارزیابی عملکرد بازار خودرو در شورای رقابت تصویب شد.
🔹شورای عالی هماهنگی اقتصادی ۲۸ مهر ۱۴۰۰ مسئولیت تنظیم بازار خودرو از جمله تدوین و ابلاغ دستورالعمل‌های تنظیم قیمت این بازار را بر عهده وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت گذاشت و شورای رقابت را از مساله قیمت‌گذاری خودرو منفک کرد.
