گفتنی است در این مراسم طی حکمی ، سرهنگ سید علی بابایی به عنوان فرمانده جدید سپاه شهرستان معارفه و از زحمات سرهنگ ربیعی فرمانده سابق سپاه این شهرستان تقدیر بعمل آمد.
