Loyihada atrof-muhitni asrash va “yashil iqtisodiyot” masalalari, shuningdek ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy, davlat boshqaruvi, sud-huquq, xavfsizlik va tashqi siyosat yoʻnalishlarida 2025-yilga moʻljallangan keng koʻlamli islohotlar nazarda tutilgan.
