С 06:00 до 12:30 4 ноября на вышеуказанных участках запретят остановку и стоянку транспортных средств. Ограничения не распространяются на спецмашины полиции, скорой помощи и пожарной охраны, а также городской общественный транспорт.
Автомобилистов просят заранее планировать свои поездки.
