По данным правоохранительных органов, мужчины оставляли комментарии под видео, оправдывающие атаку Вооруженных сил Украины на Белгородскую область, совершенную 1 апреля 2022 года. Кроме того, они одобрительно высказывались о диверсионно-террористических атаках «Русского добровольческого корпуса» (РДК - запрещенная в России террористическая организация), которые были совершены в марте и мае 2023 года в Брянской и Белгородской областях.
Возбуждено дело по части 2 статьи 205.2 («Публичные призывы к осуществлению террористической деятельности, публичное оправдание терроризма или пропаганда терроризма») УК РФ.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting.
