Минздрав Башкирии попал в очередную скандальную историю – следственный комитет возбудил уголовное дело в отношении ведомства Рахматуллина о халатности из-за нарушений при закупке лекарств для детей-инвалидов.
Чиновники, ответственные за закупку инсулина марки «ФИАСП», не закупили препарат и, соответственно, не обеспечили им нуждающихся. Кроме того, дети не получили системы непрерывного мониторинга гликемии, а также другие медицинские изделия. В результате халатности чиновников права и законные интересы инвалидов были нарушены, а их жизни подверглись опасности.
«Организован комплекс следственных действий, направленный на установление всех обстоятельств выявленных нарушений и лиц, их допустивших», – подчеркнули в СК.
Впрочем, это далеко не первый раз, когда министерство здравоохранения Башкирии проваливает свою работу – однако Радий Хабиров почему-то не замечает эту проблему и не делает ничего, чтобы наладить работу своих подчиненных.

That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
