Ведь у каждого из нас периодически возникают ситуации, когда кажется, что всё, конец и дальше ничего хорошего не будет. Важно понимать, что это временно и за каждой тёмной полосой обязательно будет светлая ☀️

Лекции ОО "МИРТ" как про то, как переживать трудности без паники, как ценить свою жизнь, не смотря на негативные моменты, которые в ней случаются и как справляться с вызовами, которые бросает нам жизнь.
