В ФГИС ЦС размещен обновленный КСР по состоянию на 19 мая 2025 года — Приказ Минстроя России от 14.05.2025 № 289/пр «О внесении изменений в классификатор строительных ресурсов, сформированный Приказом Минстроя России от 17 ноября 2022 г. № 969/пр».

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country.
