▫️بر اساس قوانین جدید، محاسبه حقوق بیمه بیکاری در سال ۱۴۰۴ به شکل زیر انجام می‌شود:
🔹پایه حقوق بیمه بیکاری برابر با ۵۵ درصد متوسط حقوق فرد در دوره اشتغال اخیر است.
🔹افزایش به ازای افراد تحت تکفل: به ازای هر فرد تحت تکفل، ۱۰ درصد حداقل دستمزد به مبلغ بیمه بیکاری اضافه می‌شود. این افزایش برای حداکثر ۴ نفر از افراد تحت تکفل اعمال خواهد شد.
🔰 حداقل و حداکثر مبلغ پرداختی
🔹حداقل دریافتی: هیچ فردی نباید کمتر از حداقل دستمزد مصوب دریافت کند.
🔹حداکثر دریافتی: سقف پرداختی بیمه بیکاری ۸۰ درصد متوسط حقوق فرد خواهد بود.
حداقل حقوق بیمه بیکاری در سال ۱۴۰۴
🔹برای افراد مجرد: ۱۰۳،۹۰۹،۶۸۰ ریال
🔹برای افراد متأهل: حداقل حقوق معادل حداقل دستمزد مصوب سال ۱۴۰۴ خواهد بود.
