El juez del Tribunal Supremo Leopoldo Puente tiene ya «indicios suficientes» para imputar al PSOE por un delito de financiación ilegal de partidos, según diversas fuentes judiciales, policiales y políticas consultadas por THE OBJECTIVE. Y podría anunciarse en las próximas semanas a la vista de la documentación que, según estas fuentes, tiene en su poder el magistrado instructor de la causa que investiga la presunta organización criminal vinculada a los dos ex secretarios de Organización del PSOE, y que se incluye en una pieza separada declarada secreta. Esos indicios tienen su base en el material recabado en los registros de diversas constructoras realizados en junio y en la información sobre los gastos y cuentas que José Luis Ábalos y Santos Cerdán presentaron en Ferraz durante sus años al frente de la secretaría de Organización del PSOE.
