♦️طیبه اصلاحی رئیس اداره ثبت‌احوال قوچان گفت: از ابتدای سال جاری تاکنون ۶ هزار و ۴٧٣ مورد تعویض شناسنامه در قوچان صورت گرفته است و یک هزار و ٧٩٠ کارت ملی هوشمند تحویل متقاضیان و ٢ هزار و ٢۵٠ مورد هم کارت ملی جدید ثبت سیستم شده است.
♦️وی با اشاره به اینکه ٩٢٧ مورد ازدواج و ۴٨٩ مورد طلاق از ابتدای سال جاری تاکنون در این شهرستان به ثبت رسیده است خاطر نشان کرد: اولین سند صادرشده سجلی در ثبت‌احوال قوچان مربوط به سال یک هزار و ٣٠٧ بوده که مربوط به تولد فردی به نام میرزا ابراهیم‌خان در سال یک هزار و ٢٨٠ است.
