Участвовать могли все желающие – представители учреждений образования, предприятий и организаций Гродно. Необходимо было проявить свой креатив и фантазию и творчески украсить детские коляски.
▪️Участники прошли от площади Советской к парку Жилибера. На летней сцене семьям-участницам торжественно вручили призы. Накануне Дня защиты детей отметили и одаренных школьников. Им вручили стипендии общественного объединения «Белорусский детский фонд».
❗️После этого началась концертно-развлекательная программа, работали интерактивные площадки. А Чебурашка и Гена раздавали детям апельсины.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
