ДЕНЕГ НЕТ! ... и не будет в дальнейшем!
Разговоры о сокращении часов, лишь дымовая завеса для принятия "трудного решения" о переводе основной массы "обучающихся" на цифровое образование! Собственно это и есть основная ЦЕЛЬ и сама причина "НЕХВАТКИ ДЕНЕГ"!
Все эти #ФИПИ, #ФИРО, #ФИЦТО, #ФИОКО, #МЦКО и прочие шарашки, имя им легион, примазавшихся к образованию, высасывают миллиарды средств. Не будь этой стаи шакалов, дербанящих бюджет, учителя смогли бы получать в 2-3 раза больше денег без дополнительных бюджетных выделений и даже "реформ оплаты труда" о которых болтают говоруны, не потребовалось бы.
