Вчера, 23 мая 2025 года, в нашем ФИЦ состоялось очередное заседание Научного семинара Ученого совета ФИЦ ПХФ и МХ РАН.

В этот раз нашими гостями снова стали сразу три замечательных химика.

Светлана Юрьевна Хаширова, профессор, проректор по научно-исследовательской деятельности и руководитель Центра прогрессивных материалов и аддитивных технологий Кабардино-Балкарского государственного университета им. Х.М. Бербекова. представила доклад «Полимерные материалы и технологии нового поколения: от синтеза к изделиям»;

Константин Александрович Брылев, профессор РАН, директор Института неорганической химии имени А.В. Николаева Сибирского отделения РАН, выступил с докладом
«Синтез и прикладные перспективы октаэдрических кластерных комплексов молибдена и рения»;

Сергей Артурович Чесноков, ведущий научный сотрудник, заведующий Лабораторией фотополимеризации и полимерных материалов Института металлоорганической химии им. Г.А. Разуваева РАН, прочитал лекцию «Фотоинициируемая радикальная полимеризация. Теория и практика».

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
