Теперь клиенты банка с пакетами услуг Sber Private banking и СберПервый смогут получить кредиты до 60 млн на любые цели под залог имеющейся недвижимости.
В качестве залога может быть передана квартира, жилой дом, апартаменты, земельный участок и гараж с земельным участком.
Кредит выдаётся на срок от одного года до 20 лет. Минимальный размер кредита составляет 10 млн рублей, максимальный — до 60 млн рублей, не более 60% от стоимости залога. Первоначальный взнос и подтверждение дохода не потребуется.
