В среднем по РФ удорожание составило 0,4%, цена выросла до 118,3 тыс. рублей за кв метр.
По данным аналитиков, самая большая положительная динамика зафиксирована в Курске (+6,1%), Калуге (+2,1%), Владивостоке (+2,1%), Ижевске (+2,1%) и Саранске (+1,8%).
Подешевело жилье тут - в Якутске (-1,9%), Кирове (-1,6%), Краснодаре (-1%), Ростове-на-Дону (-0,9%).
В Москве квадратный метр подорожал на 1%, до 353 418 рублей, Санкт-Петербурге - на 0,7%, до 209 171 рублей.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
