📄 Установить, что лица, достигшие возраста 18 лет, обладающие дееспособностью, состоявшие на 26 августа 2008 года в гражданстве Республики Абхазия или Республики Южная Осетия и не утратившие eгo на день подачи заявления о приёме в гражданство Российской Федерации, обращаются заявлением без соблюдения требований, предусмотренных пунктами 1 - 3 части 1 статьи 15 Федерального закона от 28 апреля 2023 года № 138-Ф3 «О гражданстве Российской Федерации».
