Из-за проливных дождей, в центральной части округа МакКертен (Оклахома) 30 января действовало предупреждение о внезапном наводнении.
По данным Национальной метеорологической службы в Шривпорте, за 12 часов выпало от 4 до 6 дюймов осадков (100–150 мм). Хотя самый интенсивный дождь уже закончился, уровень воды в реках Гловер и Литл продолжает расти, создавая опасные условия.
Наводнение затронуло ручьи, дороги и населённые пункты, включая Idabel, Broken Bow и Wright City. Также в зоне риска находятся Hochatown, Garvin и Eagletown.
Власти призывают жителей избегать затопленных дорог и при необходимости немедленно эвакуироваться на возвышенные места.
