О пожарах за неделю: ⭕более 3 700 пожаров; ⭕спасены 580 человек.
Количество пожаров по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года увеличилось на 4%, гибель на них людей уменьшилась на 23%.
На воде за неделю: ⭕16 происшествий; ⭕погибли 8 человек; ⭕спасены 40 человек.
✅МЧС России привлекалось к ликвидации 4 чрезвычайных ситуаций и 44 происшествий.
✅Спасатели МЧС России ликвидировали последствия более 1 400 ДТП, на которых спасены 225 человек.
✅Пиротехниками обезврежено более 1 300 взрывоопасных предметов.
✅МЧС России контролирует безопасность более 2 500 зарегистрированных туристов.
✅В 8 субъектах обстановка осложнялась непогодой. В превентивных целях в 4 регионах ограничивалось движение на автодорогах, закрывалась паромная переправа. В настоящее время все функционирует в штатном режиме.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
