На сегодняшней презентации нового общественного транспорта гендиректор ООО «СТС» Гаджимурад Муртузалиев поблагодарил администрацию Махачкалы за субсидирование пассажирских перевозок, что позволяет устанавливать минимальный тариф на проезд.
Глава Дагестана Сергей Меликов в свою очередь также поблагодарил мэра города Юсупа Умавова за внимательное отношение к запросам горожан.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
