1. Публикуемый список включает почти все страны мира. Самое очевидное исключение – Россия и Беларусь. Их в списке нет. 2. Доминирующая цифра – 10%. Видимо такую ставку вводят в отношении стран, о которых в Администрации Трампа просто никогда не слышали. Это, конечно, говорит о бюрократической неопытности, для демонстрации «продуманности» показателей нужно отказываться от «круглых» цифр. 9,5% или 10,1% выглядело бы куда серьезнее. 3. Казахстан выбивается из общего ряда стран Центральной Азии. Если у всех них ставка 10%, то у Казахстана – 27%. За статус «средней державы» и «регионального лидера» приходится платить.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine.
