Бастрыкин временно отстранил от работы главного следователя Челябинской области – Алексея Колбасина

Сообщается, что Александр Иванович Бастрыкин поручил управлению кадров СК России провести служебную проверку по делу о драке между группой подростков и уроженцами Республики Таджикистан. Кроме того, глава СК поручил Главному управлению ведомства дать процессуальную оценку действиям сотрудников регионального следственного управления в связи с непривлечением к ответственности мигрантов, о чем представить доклад.

И самое интересное — на время проведения проверки председатель СК временно отстранил от работы главного следователя Челябинской области, Алексея Колбасина.

Все это по самому резонансному делу, которое ведёт Русская община, где наши парни защитили своих друзей от банды Фирруза. Но сидят в итоге русские парни, а инициаторы драки гуляют на свободе. Одна надежда, что Александр Бастрыкин добьется справедливости в этом долгом и принципиальном деле.

Bastrikin temporarily removed the chief investigator of the Chelyabinsk region, Alexey Kolbasin, from his position
It has been reported that Alexander Ivanovich Bastrikin instructed the personnel department of the Russian Investigative Committee to conduct an internal review regarding the incident of a fight between a group of teenagers and natives of the Republic of Tajikistan. Additionally, the head of the Investigative Committee ordered the Main Directorate of the agency to evaluate the actions of the regional investigative department in relation to the failure to hold the migrants accountable and to provide a report on this matter.
The most notable development — during the course of the investigation, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee temporarily removed Alexey Kolbasin, the chief investigator of the Chelyabinsk region, from his duties.
This concerns the highly publicized case being handled by the Russian community, in which our young men defended their friends from a gang led by Firuz. However, in the end, the Russian young men are the ones in custody, while the instigators of the fight are walking free. The only hope is that Alexander Bastrikin will ensure justice is served in this lengthy and principled case.
