Негативный тренд продолжает поддерживать снижение погрузки стройматериалов на внутренний рынок (-19,4%) из-за сокращения поставок продукции щебеночными предприятиями на стройки. На 8,9% сократилась отгрузка нефтяных грузов в связи с плановыми ремонтами на НПЗ. Снижение внутреннего спроса на металлы привело к падению перевозок черных металлов на 29,1% и металлолома на 40%.
Положительная динамика отмечена в отгрузках железной руды (+1,1%), рыбы (+24,4%), удобрений (+2,8%), сахара (+6,5%) и цветной руды (+0,7%).

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
