Вчера я была на грани уйти в двухнедельный отпуск. Стоило мне только выложить пост, как мне «прилетела» ещё одна ситуация, которая добила меня.
И они прорвались. Слезы тщетности, когда ты осознаешь, что изменения неизбежны и порой ты не можешь на что-то повлиять. Мне нужно было отгоревать потерянную стабильность.
Сегодня утро началось в 4:30, кажется я проснулась уже другой. Вернулась ясность и понимание чего я хочу. Мне стало тепло от сказанных вами выше слов. Поэтому сегодня выйдет МАК-пятница, где и вы и я поработаем со своими эмоциями. А вечером поговорим про смыслы.
Это то, что мне сейчас нужно, чтобы взять и расписать новую жизнь со всеми её изменениями и вернуть себе безопасность.
