Прокуратура Белгородской области утвердила обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу 22-летнего жителя Новосибирской области Михаила Тимакова. Он обвиняется в покушении на теракт и незаконном хранении взрывных устройств.
«По версии следствия, обвиняемый по указанию неустановленных лиц, уголовное дело в отношении которых выделено в отдельное производство, приехал в Белгородскую область. Следуя полученным указаниям он извлек из тайника самодельное взрывное устройство, которое установил и активировал в непосредственной близости к зданию полиции в городе Строитель», — сообщает прокуратура.
Правоохранительные органы обезвредили взрывное устройство.
Уголовное дело направлено для рассмотрения во 2-й Западный окружной военный суд.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
