Структура "Россетей" добилась от "Мечел-Энерго" выплаты долга в 1,64 млрд рублей. Деньги были перечислены в рамках исполнительного производства по решению Арбитражного суда Челябинской области. Дело из 52 томов объединило 18 исков МРСК Урала к дочке "Мечела" за разное время и было отнесено к категории особой сложности.
"Мечел-Энерго" на 100% принадлежит "Мечелу" Игоря Зюзина и покупает электроэнергию на оптовом рынке для нужд "Челябинского металлургического комбината" (ЧМК), главного актива металлургической компании. Инфраструктура "Россети Урал" расположена между находящимся в аренде у "Мечел-Энерго" объектом генерации и ЧГК. По сути сети "Россетей" хотя бы частично сумели отыграть свое промышленное рабство.
