Красноярский край упал в демографическую яму. Красноярскстат опубликовал неутешительные данные: за первое полугодие в регионе умерло в полтора раза больше людей, чем родилось. В цифрах это выглядит так: за первое полугодие 2024 года родились 12 392, скончались 18 501 человек.
С января по июнь зафиксировали исторический минимум коэффициента рождаемости – 8,8 рождений на 1000 человек. До этого времени самое низкое значение было в 1999 году после дефолта – 8,9. При этом увеличился уровень смертности – 13,1 смертей на 1000 человек, в прошлом году значение равнялось 12,9.
Статистка показывает что молодежь не хочет создавать семьи и рожать детей. Причин много, но основная финансовая.
В связи с этим предлагаю: установить в Красноярске выплату 500 тысяч рублей всем молодым семьям, в которых дети появились в День России. В год семьи необходимо предпринимать гораздо больше действий для повышения статуса молодой семьи, а также сделать доступнее информацию о мерах поддержки.
