Каждая из кредитных линий открывается на один год. Мэрия Южно-Сахалинска не первый раз берет кредит.
В сентябре администрация объявила аукцион на кредит в 1,3 миллиарда рублей, в октябре — на кредит в 1,5 миллиарда рублей.
По данным департамента финансов, на 1 ноября долг города составляет 4,6 миллиарда рублей.
