Сегодня состоялось первое в истории СМО заседания Координационного совета по молодежной политике!

Молодых и дерзких, вошедших в этот новый совещательный орган, приветствовал председатель Совета Всеволод Беликов.

Собравшиеся под руководством председателя Координационного совета - главы МО Сампсониевское Марии Рыбчак выбрали секретаря и членов Бюро, а также обсудили план работы на новый 2025 год.

Помимо этого, заместитель исполнительного директора Юлия Слав рассказала участникам встречи о наших молодежных проектах ВАРМСУ и нашего Совета, а заместитель декана факультета государственного и муниципального управления РАНХиГС Санкт-Петербург Ирина Белова поведала об образовательных проектах в сфере молодежной политики.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
